How do you protect delicate glass bowls during shipping? Shipping empty glass terrarium bowls requires extreme care and absolute safety! We are completely obsessed with safety packing: every Virestique bowl is secured inside custom-fit, high-density drop-resistant foam padding inserts, reinforced with corner guards, and packed tightly inside multi-layered corrugated boxes. We drop-test our packages to guarantee they survive transit completely unharmed.

Can I track my package? Absolutely. As soon as your item leaves our facility, you will receive an automated email containing a secure tracking number so you can follow your Virestique delivery straight to your door.

Are Virestique bowls suitable for closed ecosystems (mossariums)? Yes, absolutely! Our collections include deep, well-contoured bowls that are perfect for building layered substrates (pebbles, charcoal, and soil). Many of our signature designs come with custom cork or glass lids specifically engineered to hold moisture and create a self-sustaining closed ecosystem.

How should I clean my terrarium bowl glass? To preserve the crystal-clear HD view, simply wipe the inside and outside surfaces down regularly with a soft microfiber cloth and warm water. Avoid using harsh chemical glass cleaners on the inside, as any residue could harm your living plants and mosses.

Do the bowls come with plants and soil included? To give you the ultimate creative freedom, our standard catalog features Premium Glass Bowls Only (with lids/stands where specified). This allows you to hand-pick your favorite mosses, rocks, and plants. However, keep an eye out for our limited-edition, all-in-one DIY Terrarium Kits!

Returns & Broken Items

What if my glass bowl arrives broken or cracked? While we pack our items with extreme caution, shipping accidents can occasionally happen with fragile glassware. If your order arrives damaged, please do not worry. Take a clear photo of the broken item along with the box packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will immediately ship you a brand-new replacement for free or issue a full refund.

What is your return policy? We want you to love your green space! We accept returns on completely unused glass bowls in their original, secure packaging with all factory labels intact within 30 days of delivery.
